TO AUBURN'S RECREATION PARK

From the West (Bay Area, Sacramento): Take Interstate-80 to the downtown Auburn Exit and proceed straight up the hill on Maple Street to the first light—the Historic Court House will be on your immediate right. At this first light, the road turns into Auburn-Folsom Road. You’ll continue straight onto Auburn-Folsom and proceed to the third light at Raceway Street. Turn RIGHT at Raceway Street (you’ll see the 7-11 Store on the left corner). Continue to Recreation Drive and turn left. Proceed to the rear parking lot. The registration desk is located in the park behind the baseball field that is situated on your immediate left as you enter the parking lot.

From the East ( Reno ): Take Interstate-80 to the Nevada St exit. Stay right off exit, looping all the way around heading backwards, then a quick right over the freeway. Turn Left at Stop Sign just across freeway onto Maple Street. You will see the huge orange historic county courthouse on your right. At the first light, go straight through and onto Auburn-Folsom road. Proceed to the third light at Raceway Street. Turn RIGHT at Raceway Street (you’ll see the 7-11 Store on the left corner). Continue to Recreation Drive and turn left. Proceed to the rear parking lot. The registration desk is located in the park behind the baseball field that is situated on your immediate left as you enter the parking lot.

From Comfort Inn: Turn Left out of motel parking lot onto Auburn-Ravine Rd. Proceed 1/4 mile to the I-80 Westbound onramp.

From Super 8: from E. Hillcrest turn Right onto freeway frontage road and take the I-80 westbound onramp (straight through the first traffic light).

then.....

Go west and downhill on I-80 for 2.5 miles to Nevada St exit. Stay right off exit, looping all the way around heading backwards, then a quick right over the freeway. Proceed to the third light at Raceway Street. Turn RIGHT at Raceway Street (you’ll see the 7-11 Store on the left corner). Continue to Recreation Drive and turn left. Continue into the parking lot.

From Holiday Inn: Turn Left out the driveway onto Highway 49. Immediately cross under I-80 and turn Right at the T intersection of Lincoln Way (City Hall is in front of you). Go 1/4 mile to Auburn-Folsom Rd and turn Left. The historic Auburn Courthouse is in front of you. Turn left onto Auburn-Folsom Road and drive approximately one mile to Raceway Street. This will be the second traffic signal you come across. Turn RIGHT at Raceway Street (you’ll see the 7-11 Store on the left corner). Continue to Recreation Drive and turn left. Continue into the parking lot.
