Holiday Inn - (530-887-8787) 120 Grass Valley Hwy (49 & 80 right at offramp). An upscale option in an enclosed building with Marie Callender's attached for easy dining. Exit I-80 on Hwy 49, go Left (From the East turn Right off exit). Turn into In 'N Out Burger/Holiday Inn parking lot immediately adjacent to the North side of the freeway. They have all the amenities including an excellent fitness center, large outdoor swimming pool suitable for laps and jacuzzi.

(From East turn right off exit) and continue straight over the freeway onto Auburn Ravine Rd. Comfort Inn is 200 meters past the freeway on the right as you descend the hill.
